Diections how to sign up will be given over the phone or via email. Some example questions are below.

for individuals:

- Division? (10 & under, 12 & under, 14 & under, or 18 & under)
- Player name?
- Player USTA number? (if you don't have one, that's OK. Registration will include a USTA number. If you have one and forgot your USTA number, it can be obtained directly through the USTA at 1-800-990-USTA or go to http://www.usta.com)

for teams:

- Division? (10 & under, 12 & under, 14 & under, or 18 & under)
- Team name?
- USTA team numbers
-Facility name and address for home matches?
- Team contact person: name, phone, e-mail, etc.
